About Me
Hi, my name is Eva. I was born in Brno, where I also attended the Secondary School of Art and Design, specifically the department of Graphic Design – Illustration. After successfully graduating, I started my studies at the department of Animation at the Tomas Bata University in Zlín. Nowadays I focus on Graphic Design, 2D Game Art and Animation.
I finished my master's degree program with the short animated film The Mantis Case. I was inspired by the stop-motion films by Wes Anderson: Fantastic Mr. Fox and Isle of Dogs, to which I also devoted my theoretical diploma thesis. My work was also influenced by creators such as Władysław Starewicz, Hajao Mijazaki and Jiří Trnka.
During my studies I worked on several commercials and music videos. My first video clip was created using stop-motion techniques, while the others were realized by 2D cartoon animation in conjunction with Adobe After Effects. I collaborated with other creators and tried to adapt to their style.
As a graphic designer creating marketing materials for Paradise Casino Admiral, a.s., I specialize in designing attractive and engaging visuals that enhance the user experience and promote player engagement. I worked on creating the overall visual style of the loyalty program and bonuses. I also created web graphics, posters, billboards and animated spots for social media. For the graphics I used the original supplied game assets and elements created by me.
In my spare time I devote myself to self-education in the field and collecting inspiration for further work. In the future, I would like to focus mainly on the game industry and apply my experience in graphic design and animation. Collaborating with game studios and participating in innovative projects is something I truly enjoy.
